About me
Hello everyone! I'm Alexis, a full-stack developer with a burning passion for the web since I was young. Even in my middle school years, I loved tinkering with premade websites to make them look prettier. Over time, I juggled between odd jobs and self-studying HTML and CSS. Four and a half years ago, I finally decided to take the plunge and professionally transition into becoming a frontend developer.
After graduating, I ventured into freelance projects before joining a startup specialized in project maintenance and SASS application development. I had the opportunity to work on significant projects for companies of all sizes, allowing me to apply the knowledge gained during my training.
With this experience under my belt, I then joined the PrestaShop team, where I climbed the ranks to become a full-stack developer. It has now been two and a half years since I joined this team, and every day presents a new opportunity for learning and refining my skills in my role.
When I'm not immersed in code, you can find me climbing at the gym, devouring a good book, hiking with my wife and two children, or sailing the seas in search of treasures on Sea of Thieves.
